Upon the scheduling of a rental, 25% of the rental fee may be required as a down payment. Equipment delivery, setup, are free for rentals in the Pierre and Ft. Pierre area.  Before delivery of the equipment, customers must sign a liability form.  The Laser Tag Rental and Release Form Agreement states Happy Zappy Laser Tag Rentals is not liable for injury and the renter agrees to pay for damaged merchandise.
